Paul Nazzaro is Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Chassis Management. Prior to joining CCM Paul spent 25 years at COSCO SHIPPING North America where he held a range of leadership roles, including as Executive Vice President of the company’s North America business for nearly a decade. In this role, he led the Commercial Division and US Terminal Interests, and he represented the company with all shipping industry associations, government and public relations engagements. As President of COSCO subsidiary Oriental Equipment Services, Paul oversaw a fleet of more than 50,000 intermodal chassis, refrigerated shipping containers and gensets.
Paul has held influential leadership positions in the diverse global supply chain for more than 30 years. He has served as a Board Member of the Pacific Maritime Association, United States Maritime Alliance, and Shipping Association of New York and New Jersey, representing the world’s leading international and domestic maritime companies throughout the United States. Paul also held board seats at several container terminals and United Intermodal Enterprises. In addition to extensive industry qualifications and accreditations, Paul studied business management at the City University of New York and the University of Richmond.
John Furlong joins the leadership team as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer responsible for CCM’s Finance Function, including strategic planning, budgeting, accounting and controllership, treasury & tax. Over his career, John has held various leadership positions in finance. Prior to CCM, John was a senior finance and strategy advisor providing consulting services focused on value creation and operational excellence. He spent 4 years as U.S. CFO for De Lage Landen (“DLL”), a global provider of equipment financing and leasing solutions. Prior to joining DLL in 2019, John spent 6 years as Vice President & Corporate Controller for Modular Space Corporation, a North American leading provider of modular buildings for temporary and permanent space needs. John’s career began at KPMG LLP, were he held a series of progressive roles over his 11 years, culminating as a Sr. Manager in the firm’s Philadelphia financial services audit practice, where he focused on leasing, banking, and insurance clients.
John holds a degree in accounting from Villanova University, and is a CPA.
John Donahue joins the CCM Executive Leadership Team as the Senior Vice President of Chassis Pool Operations where he will oversee the critical element of operational execution of the CCM pool network. John is a highly accomplished ‘forward-thinking’ executive with 30+ years of progressive success guiding successful global transportation logistics for high-growth organizations, leveraging continuous improvements with innovative business strategies that positively impact bottom line results. A respected visionary leader known for identifying cost reduction opportunities, leading high performing teams, setting global utilization standards, solving complex problems, and increasing organizational capacity.
Prior to his role with CCM John held senior operations positions with Techtronic Industries, Hamburg Sud, and a few other ocean carriers. While at Hamburg Sud, John was responsible for building and managing the North American Operations Execution center in North America.
John graduated from Nichols College with a Bachelor degree in Business Management.
Tom Martucci is currently Senior Vice President of Systems & Technology, where he is responsible for the identification of CCM’s computing needs as well as designing and enhancing CCM’s software suite to meet today’s market needs. This includes day to day support for CCM’s applications, IT infrastructure, end user support desk and management of 3rd party service providers. Tom leads the team of data analysts responsible for cleansing CCM’s equipment tracking and a team responsible for developing CCM’s business analytics applications. Tom has over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry with responsibilities ranging from technical development of applications to developing IT strategies for several large corporations. Prior to CCM Tom was CIO for Interpool, Inc. where he managed two separate IT departments; one department servicing their leasing business and the other department where he was responsible for the design and development of Trac’s Poolstat system.
For several years Tom headed an IT consulting practice where he worked with firms to assess their IT capabilities and strategies for growing their computing platforms as well as designing their new systems. Tom attended IONA College where he received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in Management and a minor in Computer Science. Recently Tom achieved a certificate in Executive Training for High Performance at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Bringing a wealth of experience and expertise, Deborah Langdon leads CCM’s Human Resources division as Senior Vice President and plays a pivotal role in shaping company culture and ensuring a safe and dynamic work environment as CCM’s organizational structure continues to evolve.
As a strategic HR leader with over 30 years’ experience, Deborah Langdon has a proven track record in talent acquisition and development, stakeholder communication, and cultivating employee engagement. She understands the importance of building relationships and developing deep understanding of her internal stakeholders’ needs. In her previous position, Deborah secured employee engagement certifications for the company including “Great Place to Work” in 2020, Top Places to Work from AM Metro NY in 2021, and named a Top 25 Company from the Business Report in 2023. With a focus on aligning HR initiatives with overall company mission, Deborah is dedicated to preparing the CCM workforce for the company’s plans for growth.
Deborah holds a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Cortland, and her leadership philosophy revolves around creating collaborative relationships, transformation, and commitment to growth and evolution. Deborah is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Association for Talent Development (ATD). She holds GPHR, SHRM-CP and PHR certifications.
Ken Tock currently serves as Consolidated Chassis Management’s Vice President of Product Development, with responsibility for Product Development, Customer Service and Marketing. Ken brings CCM over 43 years of experience in the transportation industry having worked in the ocean transportation side of the business with Cast and later CP Ships. Ken held Senior Level Positions in Customer Service while at Cast as well as serving in other Management Level positions in Operations, Customer Service and Vessel Operations in the US and Canada. Later Ken took over US Equipment Operations for CP Ships before joining CCM in 2006, soon after its formation.
With over 36 years’ experience in the transportation industry and the third generation in his family to have a career in the Intermodal Industry, Gene not only held his first job at 17 as a union mechanic for TransAmerica, but visited his first rail yard at the age of 2 years old. Throughout the years Gene has held positions with Redon, Inc. as Director of Operations, GE Rail Intermodal Services, and was the President and Owner of Red Baron Express, LLC. In Gene’s prior experiences he was responsible for the creation of a tracking system for a national fleet, increasing equipment utilization, and facilitating company and fleet growth. Prior to Consolidated Intermodal Technology, Gene was the General Manager for Consolidated Chassis Management where he was responsible for maintaining consistently high service levels and managing costs. Gene attended Principia College where he received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in mathematics.
Carl Francis is CCM’s Vice President of the South Atlantic Chassis Pool, tasked with both operational execution and strategic delivery of CCM’s SACP 3.0 Chassis Pool. Joining CCM in 2011 as a Tire Inspector, Carl has served CCM as M&R Inspector, M&R Coordinator, M&R Manager – GPA, Tire Purchasing Manager, Regional Maintenance Manager, Corporate Manager of Maintenance and Compliance, Pool Manager, Operations Manager, Director SACP, and now Vice President of the SACP. Originally from Cincinnati OH, Carl grew up in Europe before moving to Knoxville, TN to finish high school and then attend Pellissippi State. Prior to joining CCM, Carl was involved in commercial real-estate development with a focus on the self-storage industry.
With over 40 years’ experience in the transportation/trucking/railroad industry Marty has spent over 13 of those years with CCM where he has served as a General Manager of Pool Operations, General Manager of Maintenance, and in his present role as VP of Corporate Maintenance & Procurement. His focuses include operations management, equipment maintenance, and maintenance and repair. Marty received his Bachelors in Accounting and Business Management from Tidewater Community College.
As Vice President of Finance, Mr. Varoqua’s role includes oversight of all financial operations, including developing and implementing financial efficiency and growth strategies that align with CCM’s long-term business objectives. With over 15 years of experience in the transportation & logistics industry, Nart has a proven track record of leading financially efficient operations. Before joining CCM, he held key financial leadership roles at Maersk, Mitsui OSK Lines, and Hanjin Logistics. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance & International Business from Saint Peter’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Law from William Paterson University.
James has been with CCM for over 10 years and is currently the Director of Fleet Administration. For over 20 years James has been in the chassis industry and previously has held positions with TRAC Intermodal, Seacastle Chassis, Inc. and Cotting Carriers. Inc. James holds a degree in Theology from Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary and a BS in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
