Mike Wilson

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Wilson is currently Chief Executive Officer for Consolidated Chassis Management. Prior to joining CCM Mike was Senior Vice President of Business Operations for Hamburg Süd where he was responsible for all Marine & Terminal Operations, Equipment & Intermodal, Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources & Administration. Mike has 39 years of experience in International shipping where his past duties have included senior positions in Logistics, Operations, and Customer Service, covering a geographical scope that includes North America, Europe, Central America, the Caribbean and North Coast of South America.

Throughout the years Mike has worked with some of the best known companies in the industry including United States Lines, Crowley Maritime, United Arab Shipping Company and Atlantic Container Line, in addition to being active in several industry organizations. Mike is a Board Member and past Chairman of the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA) and has served for nearly 20 years, making him the longest serving director to date. He is also a past Board Member of the NYSA (New York Shipping Association), and is an active participant on the NYNJ Council on Port Performance.

Mike graduated from State University of New York College at Cortland where he received his Bachelor’s Degree and achieved an Executive Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Northwestern University. Mike was the recipient of the 2018 Connie Award for his significant contributions to the evolution of containerized shipping and intermodalism.

Michael Mitchell

SVP & COO

Mike Mitchell is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Consolidated Chassis Management. His responsibilities include oversight of CCM’s Operations, Corporate Maintenance, Corporate Logistics, and Human Resources functions. Mike has over 31 years of experience in the transportation industry, beginning in the United States Army, where he served as an officer in both the Infantry and Transportation Corps. Mike’s expertise in the shipping industry includes working on the management teams of Matson Terminals, Sea-Land Service, CSX Lines, and CSX Corporation.

As CCM’s first employee, Mike, directed business development efforts for expanding the chassis pools nationwide, opening operations in 34 cities over 4.5 years. Mike graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration and a minor in Military Science. He is a decorated military officer and recipient of the Bronze Star Medal.

Thomas Martucci

VP & Chief Technology Officer

Tom Martucci is currently Vice President and Chief Technology Officer where he is responsible for the identification of CCM’s computing needs as well as designing and enhancing CCM’s software suite to meet today’s market needs. This includes day to day support for CCM’s applications, IT infrastructure, end user support desk and management of 3rd party service providers. Tom leads the team of data analysts responsible for cleansing CCM’s equipment tracking and a team responsible for developing CCM’s business analytics applications. Tom has over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry with responsibilities ranging from technical development of applications to developing IT strategies for several large corporations. Prior to CCM Tom was CIO for Interpool, Inc. where he managed two separate IT departments; one department servicing their leasing business and the other department where he was responsible for the design and development of Trac’s Poolstat system.

For several years Tom headed an IT consulting practice where he worked with firms to assess their IT capabilities and strategies for growing their computing platforms as well as designing their new systems. Tom attended IONA College where he received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in Management and a minor in Computer Science. Recently Tom achieved a certificate in Executive Training for High Performance at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Tim Sibley

Timothy Sibley

VP & Chief Financial Officer

Timothy Sibley is currently Consolidated Chassis Management’s Vice President of Finance. Timothy’s responsibilities comprise all aspects of the financial reporting process including but not limited to financial planning and analysis, financial statement preparation, cash management, invoicing payables, budgeting and tax filings. Timothy has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector having worked previously at ITS Conglobal as Vice President of Finance where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis, asset management, and procurement.

Prior to his work at ITS Conglobal, Timothy served as Vice President of Finance and Asset Management with TRAC Intermodal where he placed his focus on improving the accounting, financial analysis and asset management of a $1.3 billion inventory of leasing equipment. Timothy brings with him a strong background in both domestic and international operations with extensive accounting, reporting and analysis expertise.

Ken Tock

Vice President, Product Development

Ken Tock currently serves as Consolidated Chassis Management’s Vice President of Product Development, with responsibility for Product Development, Customer Service and Marketing. Ken brings CCM over 43 years of experience in the transportation industry having worked in the ocean transportation side of the business with Cast and later CP Ships. Ken held Senior Level Positions in Customer Service while at Cast as well as serving in other Management Level positions in Operations, Customer Service and Vessel Operations in the US and Canada. Later Ken took over US Equipment Operations for CP Ships before joining CCM in 2006, soon after its formation.

Gene Bambach

Director, Business Partner Relations

With over 33 years’ experience in the transportation industry and the third generation in his family to have a career in the Intermodal Industry, Gene not only held his first job at 17 as a union mechanic for TransAmerica, but visited his first rail yard at the age of 2 years old. Throughout the years Gene has held positions with Redon, Inc. as Director of Operations, GE Rail Intermodal Services, and was the President and Owner of Red Baron Express, LLC. In Gene’s prior experiences he was responsible for the creation of a tracking system for a national fleet, increasing equipment utilization, and facilitating company and fleet growth. Prior to Consolidated Intermodal Technology, Gene was the General Manager for Consolidated Chassis Management where he was responsible for maintaining consistently high service levels and managing costs. Gene attended Principia College where he received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in mathematics.

Sheryl Botshon

Sheryl Botshon

Director, Human Resources

Sheryl is CCM’s Human Resource Director and has over 20 years’ experience focusing on career development, performance management, employee relations and more. Prior to her role at CCM Sheryl has worked as an HR Manager for Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. as well and ADP, a human resources management software and service company. Sheryl received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Rochester.

James Woods

James Woods

Director of Operations, Southern Region

James has been with CCM for over 10 years and is currently the Director of Operations for the Southern Region. For over 20 years James has been in the chassis industry and previously has held positions with TRAC Intermodal, Seacastle Chassis, Inc. and Cotting Carriers. Inc. James holds a degree in Theology from Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary and a BS in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Bob Kline

Bob Kline

Director of Operations, Midwest Region

With over 40 years’ experience in the intermodal industry, and 14 of those years in the chassis industry, Bob currently serves as Director of Operations of the Midwest Regions, focusing on providing safe and legal chassis to pool users and manages the staffs of FCCP, MWCP and DCCP. Bob also oversees the Asset Recovery Team and provides communications to all stakeholder’s on Pool operations. Prior to his role with CCM Bob began as a trailer inspector for XTRA Intermodal and held positions including Dispatch Supervisor, Branch Manager, GM Depot Operations and Depot GM for Terminal Consolidation. Bob received his degree at St. Louis Community College.

Martin D. Summers

Director of Maintenance

With over 40 years’ experience in the transportation/trucking/railroad industry Marty has spent over 13 of those years with CCM where he has served as a General Manager of Pool Operations, General Manager of Maintenance, and in his present role as Director of Maintenance. His focuses include operations management, equipment maintenance, and maintenance and repair. Marty received his Bachelors in Accounting and Business Management from Tidewater Community College.
