Tropical Storm Debby

Update #5

Debby continues off the coast of SC and is expected to move ashore this afternoon weakening into a depression. Heavy rainfall is expected to continue which may cause localized flooding in the Charleston, Charlotte and Wilmington areas.

Debby has moved out over the Atlantic Ocean and is not expected to strengthen, but the Carolinas can still see heavy rain, flooding, storm surge, gusty winds, and some tornadoes.  Debby is expected to stay offshore through Wednesday before sliding back inland Thursday.
