Location Update – NS Austell goes grounded
Starting at 1000 hours on Tuesday March 19th, the NS will start grounding containers
Starting Tuesday March 19th the location NS-Austell located at 6000 Dr. Luke Glenn Garret, Jr. Memorial Highway will transition from being a mounted facility to being a grounded facility.
- Starting at 1000 hours on Tuesday March 19th, the NS will start grounding containers
- The new containers arriving by train as of March 19 will be grounded
- Units already mounted will remain mounted until they out gate or load to the train
- Outbound empties or loads will be taken off chassis and the chassis needs to exit
- CCM will provide drop off and pick up availability through its website at CCMShipments.com
- The NS Austell will continue to provide a Roadability lane 24/7
While this transition will necessitate adjustments in your current operations, rest assured that we have alternative locations ready to seamlessly accommodate your chassis equipment needs with the highest level of service excellence.
