Tropical Storm Nicole

Expected to reach Hurricane 1 strength

A hurricane watch has been issued for Eastern Florida as Nicole is labeled a Subtropical Storm with signs of strengthening. The storm is expected to reach hurricane 1 strength and truck up the east coast.

According to the latest track beginning Thursday morning through Saturday, SACP locations are expected to see the effects with heavy rains, strong winds, and rough surf. SACP Locations inland are expected to see the impact as well, with flooding, rain and high winds.
